I found a 2012 GMC ****** in their inventory listed for $26,995. In person you can see where the rear frame was worked and a couple other things still present from the crash.I used Carfax and it showed a total loss and salvaged vehicle. The vehicle was purchased at auction from Copart. Copart shows damage pictures from the rear. The retail book value listed by Carfax is $22,930. The ***** Blue Book Value had the retail price point in the high $25,000 for a truck that was never crashed much less a total loss and salvaged vehicle.I read reviews on their website that say they are a completely transparent dealership. I went to the dealership and spoke with a salesman. I drove the vehicle to Autozone to have the systems checked. Everything was fine besides the alternator, it showed a failure. The dealership had their shop check and said it was working normally. While talking with the salesman I was told we are transparent and I said you showed me the repair list which wasn't fitted correctly to the page and he said it was the secretary's fault. I asked for the invoice to show where they purchased the vehicle from auction and told him I saw where it was bought for $10,700. The salesman refused to provide this information and asked how I knew this information. I told him it is public auction you just need to be a member of Copart to bid. The salesman said the owner finds these vehicles and falls in love with them and won't move on price much. I said that's a problem if you are trying to sell cars. The salesman stated he would have sold the car an hour and a half ago at $23,500. I told the salesman I worked for a franchise dealership before and failing to show the invoice was not complete transparency. The vehicle is considered common, not a collector and is being sold over fair market value. I checked and all their truck inventory is over fair market value. I did not purchase due to the lack of transparency and the vehicle being severely overpriced.

Were so sorry that you didnt get the discount that you requested. In your review you mention that this is a common truck. We have to respectfully disagree. A 2012 year model truck, one owner, with ***** miles is not to common. Just to satisfy our minds we searched the continental **** for this particular pedigree truck and we found two. One with ***** and another with ****** miles.one from ******** and the other from ************, translationrust. One was higher than our truck and the other was less expensive. When acquiring inventory here our focus is on availability, condition, and pedigree. Weve discovered over the years that our customers remember quality much longer than they remember price. BTW this truck sold today. Hope you the best in your endeavor to find you a truck at a discount.
