    Bella Luce Fine arts uses shark like business practices to coerce and pressure you to agree to an expensive portrait you don't actually want. They'll get you to sign up for a loan with a crazy high interest rate using information in a way that is unethical just to get you hooked in. The owner of the business used not just my but also my partners (who wasn't there) income to qualify for the high interest loan. This is a terrible business that says they want you to have a good image of yourself while at the same time making you feel stupid for signing up for a loan. They have a policy that says the portrait can't go to printing without you agreeing to it, but they also have a policy saying that you can't cancel and refund the loan, thus leaving you in a debt filled limbo. I would give this business an F- and warn people not to get involved. Even if you want the portrait, don't support what they're doing to poor people like me.
