****** came to my residence on time for a measuring appointment prior to making the actual order for windows. He provided information about the installation process. Be aware, this perticular renewal by ******** in Alaska worker who came to my home for a reason to consult and estimate on new windows were collecting my personal identification information (PII) that can be used against you or even harm you later. The estimate guy from renewal by ******** in Alaska who came to consult and take measurement of my windows is just keep asking me about my personal an private life that ARE NOT related at all to the bussiness of window installation. He was keep asking me 5W questions that can expose and place on danger my personal identification information (PII). He asked questions like: why do you have this email address and what does it means? How long did you live in this place? Where are you from? How long do you live in the country? What is in this box in my room? Do you have childreen? Do you have wife? What do you do for living? What is your employment? And more similar questions. I understand when he asked if I own my home, and I responded with no problem, but rest of his majority questions were related to my private life and has nothing to do with window installation bussiness!If you have ever suffered from identity theft crime, you will understand what I meant by meaning of your PII being exposed! Based on this estimate and consultant guy behaviors at my home, I cannot and I will not trust this company renewal by ******** in Alaska! Please be aware of your potential PII scam!
