When I decided to get the sliding door in my dining room replaced I was fully prepared to do a lot of shopping around and price comparisons. I called Renewal by Andersen and ************************* came out and told me about their products and even showed me examples of their products and how they are made with samples in a case. He asked me what I want my door to be created a computer model to show me what my door will look like. A few days later *************************** came out did some measurements, confirmed that what **** had written was what I wanted and let me know what to expect as far as installation and customer care between now and then. After hearing from renewal by Andersen there were no comparisons. Their product is so well-made and exactly what we need for Alaska living. Their customer service has been too notch. Theyve got some really kind and patient people working there. It didnt take a second thought to say yes to Renewal by ********.Renewal by Andersen of Alaska

*********************** with Renewal by Andersen came to measure and order our windows for our house. He was here when he said he would be, very friendly, professional, answered all of my questions, and all around made me feel more at ease with the job.
