********************* IM was very the BEST. He listened to my concerns and comments, discussed them openly, gave good examples, showed his concern and applied good judgment to all my concerns. I was very satisified that we covered all the bases, the windows would fit perfectly in our existing bay window with minimal gaps or slop. He assured me that this job would involve a Tech-3 installer and He would be on site at ther time of installation to ensure the best fit and finish. *** spent over two to three hours reviewing the project including precise measurments, calculations and consultations with his boss to ensure his approach was correct and satisfactory to both myself and his boss.All told, it was a good Meeting-of-the-Minds for a difficult build/install. Very informative and professional. **** the promised time as we got told and gave us the chance to ask any questions we possibly could have.
