********************* in ********* came out today for my Tech Measurement and was fantastic. He went through, one by one, the details of each window and patio door we are replacing to confirm the colors we wanted for the interior and exterior, which direction we wanted the sashes to open, hardware colors, and how we wanted the interior and exterior trim to look. He answered the questions I had concerning the state of our current patio door and assured me that all the old material surrounding the door would be replaced as well to give it a completely refreshed and new appearance. He was very friendly, quick, and efficient. Before he left, he let me know how many days my installation would take, the order that the windows and patio door would be replaced, and gave me a timeline for what to expect in the coming weeks. During our initial consultation with **************** here in *********, we definitely learned a lot about windows. She was amazing and answered all of our questions while explaining in detail the things we didnt understand. She checked out our windows, gave us many options, and guided us through the process. She was a wealth of knowledge and it was great because I didnt know much to start. She let us know that ********************* would be coming by during a scheduled time to measure the windows. He gave us a courtesy call a half hour before our appointment time and let us know he would be here on time. He was very professional, respectful, and friendly. He doubled check what we had started we wanted them took measurements. Over all we (my family) is very happy so far with the service and employees of this company. I cant wait to see the new windows!Renewal by Andersen of Alaska

I appreciated how **** took the time to work extra with us when we had a negative experience with the ************. He made our experience more pleasant. We live in the Eagle River Alaska area. We so appreciate the quality of work, punctuality, and kindness that ***** provided us when he visited to custom measure for our new patio door. He even offered to adjust our current door so that it closed better while we wait for our new one. He was extremely considerate of our baby in the house while he was working.
