The attention to detail and open communication have made this home renovation project an enjoyable experience and I look forward to future additions. ****** was thorough and patient, explaining at length the sound reasoning behind each design choice. As a regular layperson not working in this field, I felt informed and included and any concerns were met with both compassion and professionalism. If you need to renovate your windows and doors, these are the guys you want doing the work. Besides the excellent human element, Renewal by Andersons products are lovely as well as functionally practical.Renewal by Andersen of Alaska

*********************** was super friendly, respectful, and professional. Made sure to take precise measurements as well as inform me on any issues he came across. He had a solution for any issues he found and provided details on how they would affect the project. Our installation manager is *********************. He made a courtesy call to let us know he was slightly delayed, and arrived when he said he would. Although our meeting was to take approximately one hour, **** spent nearly two hours meticulously measuring all of the intended windows. We live in a unique log home which presents its own challenges and ******************* discussed the different installation options that he recommended would be best for our situation. So far Renewal by ******** has presented themselves in a very professional manner from the very first contact, and we look forward to having our windows installed with the same degree of knowledge, expertise and craftsmanship.Renewal by Andersen of Alaska
