    I would like to acknowledge ********************************************************* I called a few times and had many questions and was looking for a house to rent . They were so professional and are just great people who had a lot of patience for someone who had a lot of questions . I appreciate them so much . They are a good example of what type of people we need for management. Someone who is patient & kind . I believe they should get a raise just for being awesome . Thank you **** !

    Absolutely horrible property management. 4 story deluxe apartments in *********. Elevator never works, roof leaks, plaster falling off, no landscaping, gate locks do not work , gutters failing, storage room full of mold and mildew, maintenance work orders ignored, outside walkway lights never replaced, no consistent maintenance done at all, no common area cleaning, homeless people have access through failed back fence

    Do not use this company to rent out your home/property.The owner, ***** talked to me in person when I was shopping for a property management company and gave me the feeling they are a family business and will take care of the home/property I had to offer. This is far from the truth:Every month for the last two years, they will send a summary bill with odd charges. Example: a handyman needs to fix something and the tenant didnt pay a power bill and the lawn needs to be cut, they will combine those cost and put it in other charges. There will be no receipt. Only a verbal, o, it was thins and that. Okay, how much was those things, each?? I would never get a straight answer. In addition to the vague monthly statements, they wouldnt look after the home. Telling me things like, its okay to have mismatching paint blobs on the wall, or incorrectly patched holes, or oil base paint can be cleaned out of your 2 year old carpet, or not following up with the tenant that broke the washing machine drum that resulted in a $4k repair when they moved out (water damages), you get the idea. I also asked to not put in the home, tenants that rely on government assistance. Three times (in two years) they put unqualified tenants in and then try to blame me for Novas inability to vent their customers. At the end, you accepted them as a tenant. To this day, from the 1st tenant, Im still owed just shy of ********, the second - about ********, this last one - ******** plus ******** in damages (yes, you read that right. Less than one year, ******** in damages). Their response is that isnt their problem. I chose to put the house back together again with the contractor I used for two years. They will pay me if the collection agency can get the money (spoil alert: the agency hasnt collected from the first two tenants)They will be served a lawsuit if they dont pay the 8.2k in full directly to the contractor.

    You have only had two tenants in the entire time.  The first tenant, which you approved as a tenant, owes about $1000 and was turned over to a collection agency for reimbursement.  The second tenant, which you again approved as a tenant, just recently moved out.  You sent us an invoice from a contractor that you arranged which stated there was $2605 in tenant damage.  The contractor did other work that you request that does not fall on the tenant.  You were fully reimbursed the $2605 amount from the tenants security deposit.  As agreed to, the $2605 has already been sent to your contractor.

    Normally, I dont like to rate business but this time I have too after dealing with the things I have to go through. After going through tragic life event, I decided put my rental on the market and to let my realtor deal with **** directly but my realtor are hitting a road block with the company the get the place ready for listing. I have been using them for a few years now and had a few glitches that we had work it out. Now that I decided to put my rental property on the market, they completely ignored the place to get up to rental standards after the previous tenants completely destroyed it. It has been a month since then and Nova should be plenty of time to get it ready. I was told by ***** that I have a new tenant that can move in right away if I decided to continue renting it out. If that is the case, why took so long to get it ready? ***** refused to answer any questions or return phone call when inquire about the maintenance and cleaning. Either someone at Nova was lying to me or the company is bluntly being dishonest with their clients. Im not sure which. They (specifically: *******/*****) are horrible at communication and of taking phone call or respond via text. My advice is think twice before considering them as your options for property management.

    As a landlord who utilized Real Property Management for 2 years for property management services, Nova Property Management is far superior in customer service, efficiency and cost. I urge all current Real Property Management customers to take a closer look at your bills, you will see onboarding costs, offboarding costs and processing fees. Nova Property Management prefers to earn your business by sticking to the agreed property maintenance charge. Within a year of utilizing Nova Property Management, I saw a dramatic increase in my monthly rent income, income that was withheld by RPM with redundant and unnecessary fees. As a landlord you have to take tenant feedback with a grain of salt, but from what I have seen my tenants are being treated with dignity, respect and maintenance issues are done quickly and efficiently. As a landlord, I strongly urge any prospective landlord in need of property maintenance to select Nova Property Managment if you want the best quality property management in the ********* area.
