    I was given a ticket (which I dont contest by the way) where the ticket amount was$45 if paid within 6 days, going up to $55 there after.Put my violation # in to the web page and it then turns out to be $60, a 33% increase, this is theft!How the h*** in this day and age can a company hike up the price by 33???Im sure nothing will happen as no one looks out for the little guy anymore but if this happens to you make sure you take photos and screenshots as this is the only way to safeguard yourself.

    Horrible way to conduct business, 1st. I lent my truck out to a young girl needing a vehicle to get to work. She happen to work downtown near 49th state brewing and they do not have employee parking. Nonetheless, the girl ended up getting 20 tickets total over the summer. I got some of the copies of the tickets by mail which totaled about 6; therefore, I contacted the girl about them and she said she'd get them to send all ********, etc. to her. Well next thing I know 17 of the 20 tickets are in collections...the 20$ each has blossomed to 700+$. Does the easypark care that I received not 1 citation directly or any of the follow up messages? Ans. NO NOTHING WE CAN DO.

    This organization appears to try to cheat people. I parked in one of their lots in ********* and found out there that you have to pay through their app. But I could not get a strong enough signal to download their app. I figured there would be another way to pay at the exit. But I didn't get that far. In the 1.5 hours I was parked in their structure, they slapped a violation on my windshield. The fine was $70 if paid immediately. If paid with delay, the amount went up to $90, then $119 and then $140. I appealed the fine, explaining my problem with downloading the app. I offered to pay a fair amount for my 1.5 hours of parking. But they replied tersely that I had to pay the fine or they would submit my account to a collection agency. I think if they require this form of payment with no alternatives, then they should provide a wifi connection suitable for downloading the app. My recommendation is for everyone to avoid this organization. At best they are sleazy. I fully understand why they are not BBB accredited.
