    Raj M**** (306 Technologies) and I signed an agreement on 18 October 2023 for his company to create an 18-second video to be used in launching, and subsequently promoting, my ******* channel. He indicated his standard marketing/branding campaign took two to three months and priced at $2,000 (50% down-payment). Reiterating that I was focusing solely on ******* and my budget was at least $6,000 for the first six months (two-thirds for ads), we signed and I presented a bank draft ($975) for 13 hours at $75 per hour. Production notes were provided and we agreed to meet November 3rd. On October 27th I requested and he agreed that I would have a copy of his work on October 30th). What he produced, however, only conformed to about a quarter of my instructions. We had a meeting on November 4th and I critiqued for over an hour his failure to follow my instructions and followed up with an email after the weekend. After nothing had happened for a week and a half, I ordered six six-second clips to be used for ****** Ads on November 16th. Still nothing for a week and on November 24th I concluded that his company was either unable to deliver as promised or unwilling to subcontract to one that could, and that we should amicably settle our accounts (implying he justify his $975 18-second substandard work). Mr M****'s November 26th response was that he was out of town and will arrange to return a few items given to help him in realizing my vision ASAP. My assessment of Raj is that he never stops selling his company's assets and abilities, but what he has delivered shows that he himself is 306 Technologies's worst liability. For any redress, it probably will be necessary to take him to court. *****************************************************************************************************************
