  Atlantic Handyman Service is a ********** business. They take your money, they lie to you endlessly and you the customer will basically lose your money, they are *******.
  I gave one star because had to, they deserve no stars. I am also disappointed in the BBB, as this comment isn't going to get my elderly mother her money back, hard to believe this is Canada.
  This is embarrassing!

  My mother has reached out to you endlessly in email and the phone, you either never respond or you give a cheap excuses about lost parts etc...

  This is a ******** company, and you should avoid it by all means! I phoned looking for a part that I knew I needed for my ******* washing machine, and they refused to search it for me, saying that the technician would have to come and visit my machine in order to determine if that was the right part. Well, he came and looked at my machine, but he did not do any testing of it and he did agree that that was the part that was needed. He was here for less than 10 minutes and charged me $100! I feel that he should have not charged me anything since later on he said, there was no parts available and will never be any parts available for this, even though I had told them What part I needed and they could have looked it up and told me that it was not available. I feel ripped off for the $100 and they shouldn’t be charging anything if they can’t fix it!

  This is not a reputible company. I contacted them in July 2023 for issues with a 1 1/2 year old dishwasher at a rental property. During Aug adn Sept I recieved no communications except invoices. On payment of the last invoice I assumed the issue was resolved. My tennant informed me last week (April 2024) that the dishwasher had never been fixed (over $600 spent on parts and labour). The tennant at the property had contacted Atlantic Handyman and was told I would have to raise another service ticket to look at the dishwasher any further. I attempted 4 phone calls that were not picked up and no answering service to leave a message. I replied to previous invoice emails several times with no response. I completed the online request for information and recieved a response until I quoted a previous invoice number to which Atlantic Handyman discontinued communication.
