    I've gotten glasses at Vogue since 1998. Never had an issue until 2020. Poor service. Used an old prescription. Staff didn't want to listen when I identified the issues. Tried selling me a new pair of computer lenses. I had to tell them what the issues were. They still messed up the transition lenses. Dealing with this issue since January. Told them I was done dealing with this. And I wanted a refund. Manager still hasn't contacted my insurance to refund and I still haven't received a copy of my refund. I've called several times. So frustrating. Never will I buy there again. Staff inexperienced. And very difficult to deal with.

    Worst place to deal with. I have been trying for 2 months to get an issue handled with them. No one in management has called me back. Even though I have contacted their head office Multiple times and have been more than patient. I took my glasses in for a repair and they came back with that repair and new damage. I have reached out to them for 2 months and they refuse to have management call back. So I would recommend ANYONE else but them.
