While in the process of planning for future care for our elderly parents, and in the hope of being able to keep them at home as long as possible, we contacted **************************** to get some guidance and information. From the initial contact to the consultation itself, we were provided with excellent, timely and compassionate service. The consultants offered valuable information about and insight not only about home care services but as well about other alternatives. The service offered by **************************** has allowed us to plan for the future and to get some peace of mind knowing what services are available and knowing that we can turn to **************************** for further help down the road should it be necessary. We only have praise for the service rendered.

**************************** was a great help to us earlier this year when we were under a tight deadline to make our selections for a long term care facility for our aunt. We first spoke to ***** who quickly put us in contact with one of the advisers. **** was so prompt in getting back to us and very accommodating with our busy schedules despite the fact that she was heading on vacation. **** patiently answered the multitude of questions that my sister and I had not only about the various long term care facilities but also about the intricacies of the process of placing a loved one on the wait list. It is often very difficult to get prompt responses from the overworked LHIN (local health integrated network staff. It was therefore very reassuring to have an experienced person guide us through the process.Tea & Toast Incorporated

Tea and Toast and in particular our advisor **** were extremely helpful in our search for assisted living for my mother. **** took a huge load off my shoulders and guided myself and my brother through the tours and questions that needed to be asked so that we were comfortable and informed in making our choice.
