  Interlane’s team provided our family with great service! Relocation was very stressful as it is, and their customer service representatives assured me that our car would get there on time, and would be picked up before our moving date.   Interlane Logistics are happy to take your money and promise you a pick up and delivery date, but they do not follow through. . So far, my vehicle has been ‘bumped’ from 2 transport trucks with no real explanation or compensation, let alone another ‘guaranteed’ pick up date. So it sits ready for pick up in one city, me in another with a rental or ****, awaiting a vehicle at least 2 weeks out. ** *** ***** ***** They do not deliver on their promises.
