    We had arranged with Shane (the owner) of All Things Wild to meet at **** ********* **** to look at a squirrel issue we were having. It was agreed that he would text us to let us know when he would be heading to the properety. We received a text at 9:27 am on Mar 8th from Shane saying he would be there in 30 mns. Based on this information my husband headed over to the proprty to meet with him. By 10:20 Shane had still not show up so my husband called him - Shane told him that he had not said he would be there in 30 mins (we have his text showing that he said exactly that). He said he was at least another hour away - my husband suggested rather than sitting in his car for another hour that Shane could call when he was on his way and my husband would meet him there, Shane then said my husband should get someone else. My husband called me to let me know what had transpired. I then texted Shane and told him I thought he was very unprofessional - within mins my phone rang and it was him - I told him I thought he was unprofessional he then called me a horrible name and hung up the phone. Within minutes he then called me back and called me an even worse name & hung up . I was stunned and staired in disbelief at my phone. I own several rental properties in the Windsor area and have delt with many trades over the years and I have never encountered anyone like this man. I feel his behavior is dangerous and he is a menance to the public My texts are available if you need them
