    Absolute comfort is as professional as they come. Jeff, Dustin, Jay, Rick and Justin are excellent technicians that work exceedingly hard to get the job done right and on time. Christine and Andrew are very Prompt, knowledgable and accommodating. Two single zoned ducted mini split systems installed in an attic. Very labour intensive project that was handled with expertise.     With over 30 years experience as a building inspector licensed for all types of inspections I looked into Greener Homes Grants to get quotes for heat pump heating, cooling and hot water heating. I contacted several companies but few were knowledgeable and only 3 gave meaning full quotes. Absolute Comfort was 1 of these companies and the estimator, Derrick, after a phone conversation showed up with a knowledge of the equipment and the quote showed research and a professionalism as equipment description and a short detail showed their interest of the government rebate program and an interest in our needs. The installation date was quick and the workers showed up with all needed equipment and ready to work. If you want to see old time dedication and professionalism watch these people work they are clean. do quality work, know what they are doing and do not go home until the job is done and cleaned up. We are extremely pleased with the work done at our home and will be getting them to quote some work for relatives and would suggest if you are looking at doing any heating, cooling or service work you NEED to get a quote from Absolute Comfort, you won't be sorry

    This is the second time Absolute Comfort had done work for me. They came in a timely manner. I knew exactly where on their way to the house. Had the right parts. Triple checked the work. Great experience from beginning to end. Would call them again in a heartbeat. ??

    Reliable, quick, and informative service specialist Jonathan Maure fixed our problem promptly. Highly recommend Absolute Comfort!!!! Furnace was put in by Bryan ******* 16 yrs ago and not one problem.

    I am a woman, a senior and I have to say that most of the places I deal with can't be bothered with an older woman and pretend we are stupid. This is one of the first companies I have dealt with where the technician explains everything in detail and is never in a hurry to leave. He made suggestions to solve my problem and actually said no to an expensive addition to my furnace. Stating that it would make the problem worse. This company has the nicest most pleasant and honest employees I have encountered yet.

    We've been using Absolute for years and find their service exceptional. They installed a new A/C unit and we contract with them for annual maintenance on our furnace, tankless water heater and air conditioner. Our service rep ***** has become great at performing his job in a manner customized to meet our exact needs and he does so professionally and with a pleasant nature. This company is organized from the top down to provide timely, outstanding service at competitive prices and they supply quality equipment from the major suppliers. No wonder they recently won the Outstanding Business award since everything (and everyone) at this company is truly outstanding.
