      Claim denied--said the serial numbers were incorrect. I provided the correct information on my initial submittal and when denied, followed up with photos of the model and serial numbers via email since I couldn't update my claim online. Their online instructions were inaccurate and unhelpful--all a **** to not have to pay out the promised rebate. Way too much hassle for a simple $35 gift card. In my opinion, I think that is their end goal--not to have to issue the rebate. When I would call, I got hung up on. Trying to email them was the same runaround. Terrible customer service *** ******** * ***** If you are purchasing appliances and the store is promising a rebate through ********** ********* ***** or 360incentives.com, ***** waste your time and energy submitting the rebate.
