    Reitzel were very prompt getting back to us to arrange a date to come out and quote the job. Other companies ** *** **** ****************  took too long to get back and some never even responded, We had ***** come out to estimate the job for foam spray insulation, he was very prompt when we inquired and very professional. Reitzel technicians were very tidy and conscientious about there work. Great Job! We highly recommend Reitzel.

    Reitzel Insulation staff are very professional, laying down protective sheets on the area leading to their work area, cleaning and vacuuming everywhere when they are done. Also very friendly and courteous. I would definately recommend Reitzel Insulation for any insulation problem.

    Every step was professional and simple. From Bryan the appraiser, who explained EVERYTHING and answered every question, to the installation crew and office staff.
    Well priced, fast and efficient installation. According to an official energy audit consultant, the job was fantastic and well beyond standards.
    We are very happy with Reitzel Insulation, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest people and a well executed job!

    We topped up our attic insulation recently and we were very pleased with the staff we dealt with, the job was completed on time, the plastic sheets put down helped contain any dust, they vacuumed when the work was finished. From the estimate to the cleanup, we were impressed. We would recommend them for this type of work.

    Reitzel Insulation recently enhanced our home attic insulation with blown cellulose insulation to the flat areas as well as spray foam insulation to the riser walls. Geoff's verbal and written communications to us were friendly, clear and timely, and the entire job from start to finish was completed in a professional manner.

    Reitzel Insulation, Waterloo ON recently 'topped up' our attic insulation to 'current standards of R-60' and oh, what a difference that made. Reitzel's had done our attic insulation about 20 years ago, at the same location. We noticed with the hot summer we have been experiencing, that the 2nd floor of our home was warmer than we had remembered, so hoped that the extra insulation to bring us additional comfort.
    The crew that Reitzel sent was very professional and their clean up after the job was incredible. No wonder Reitzel is still the most trusted insulation company in the area.

    received quote from most knowledgeable agent who explained exactly what would take place i n the insulation process. employees showed up on time on date specified and politely went about their business. Markus went above and beyond by sealing up a vent leak which was not in the contract but was truly appreciated. clean up was thorough and i am quite satisfied with their work and professionalism. would recommend Reitzels for this type of work
