    * **** * ***** **** ***** **** (Tony the dad and Greg the son) * ***** ******* we really liked them. We had them do pool tile work AND grout work around the pool. The pool tile work was very good. The grout work was awful which is where they lost 3 stars. Too bad I can't add pictures but essentially, here are the issues: 1) grout is chipping off 2) grout was not applied correctly on half the deck so it looks smeared 2 inches on either side of grout line (honestly it looks like we YouTubed a video on how to grout and tried to do it ourselves) and 3) it was supposed to be matched to a dark sand colour and it's near white. Greg came and tried to fix the 2in smear shortly afterwards and admitted that he was running low on the mixture, it was drying out and it was hot and that's why it happened. He wasn't able to fix it. We thought he was coming back to try something else but he never came back. Hire Greg for tile work but NOT grout. Unfortunately, the dad can't do the work anymore. I'm guessing he would have done it right.
