    I contracted with AHS for a monitored home alarm system in August 2017. I set up an annual payment plan by auto-debit from my bank account. In retro-respect this was a big mistake! In February 2022 I gave written notice that I no longer needed or wanted the service. I invited AHS to submit a final account for payment leading to termination of services. I also offered to allow them entry to my home to retrieve their equipment. Instead I received long emails about why they wanted to keep my business. I was patient and cordial and reaffirmed I wanted to cancel the service. There was no further communication or final invoice received by me; in July/August 2022 the normal billing date past with not invoice or auto-debit. I thought the account was closed as requested. Then in August 2023 $381.94 was taken from my account. On August 22/23 by email I advised again that I wanted the account closed. AHS undertook to review the account and previous correspondence. As of Sept 25 not response from AHS has been received.
