    In my experience Safe Air Solutions - ***************** - provides substandard "service." I called B G to service my propane stove which keeps going out after about 15 minutes. His visit consisted of opening the stove, tightening a nut, talking on his phone, talking about ***** gas, and telling me that if the problem persisted I should purchase a "thermocouple" and fix the problem myself. For this "advice" he charged me for 1.5 hrs of his time for a total of $282.50, which he noted included his travel time. A day later I called him because the stove was still going out, and he said he would come with the part (the thermocouple) but would change me for another call. When I said his first visit was highly unusual because he didn't fix anything, B G countered that he didn't know what part to bring. I have subsequently learned from other technicians that the thermocouple is the first thing to consider when a gas stove keeps going out. Furthermore, B G had serviced this same stove previously (for another owner)! This makes me conclude that without any parts in his truck for the stove, he never intended to do any real repairs, but rather give me his "advice," which amounted to "it's not difficult, you can fix it yourself."
