    Very bad company guys never go buy from this campant company I was put deposit $250 in washing machine that cost $400 I change my mind the next day the guy told me we can give credit used next time couple months after I go back I didnt found nothing to buy he doesnt have anything only used appliances I went back again in couple of months nothing he have and I go back again in after 6 months he told me the credit expired we can not give u money back and I can not buy anything He never tell me that before or show me any policy

    Undoubtedly the worst company in ******! They have no clue on what customer service is! I bought a brand new dishwasher since January 2022 for $800. (Cost even far more than ********** but the wait time in ********** was several months so i decided to buy from econoplus). I brought in a licensed technician to install the dishwasher and lo and behold it did not work! I called the customer service line more than a hundred times since. They responded just once and asked me to send a video to show them what the problem was. I did and they sent a video back to show me what should be done. I tried this many times and still it did not work. The customer service line has not been picked up since and there has been no support from the company since. I was so frustrated that i went back to the store where i purchased the item on ******** road and complained again for them to either fix the machine or exchange it as per the company policy. The store clerk promised that someone would call me. I am still waiting for the call. I advise any customer planning to buy from this company called econoplus not to waste their time and hard earned money. It is totally unfathomable that in this day and age companies still operate this way. It is totally wrong and unfair.
