      Worst customer service ever. Constantly over charging my data package. ********** ***** *** **t if you call they say they don't care or that your uneducated because you know that you haven't used your data. Claiming your phone is wrong but their system is right. Refuse access to a manager and hang up on you over and over. Their customer service employees aren't trained and don't know Canadian law. This company needs to be shutdown

      Terrible customer service. I got my mobile phone plan last week but not until yesterday I got their phone bill, I used my phone this morning realised "the number you dialed is not in service". A few agent from Tech Support checked the line and troubleshoot, confirmed that phone line was not active. 1) HE WAS NOT TOO HAPPY ABOUT A CUSTOMER CALLING WITH AN ISSUE ON A PHONE, WHEN WE FINISHED THE CONVERSATION, I SAID 'THANK YOU' HE HANG UP 2) I ASKED TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE AS THE BILL ASKED ME TO PAY FOR A SERVICE WHICH HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN, HE SAID HE'S NOT RESPONSIBLE, I JUST ASKED TO BE TRANSFERRED BUT HE SAID I HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE MYSELF :( **** *** ********* **** ******* ****** *** **** *** ***** **** **** **** *** ****

      Because every time I call them about my internet line that the **** tech guy borrowed from my neighbor's house and told only for two weeks until they get me my own line and so far it's been more than 5 months and 5 tickets been filed with virgin plus customer service and been closed without fixing the issue also none of the tech guys showed up . I think I am left with no choice but to cancel their ****** service ******* **** *** ***** ** ***** ********** **** ******* *********

      **** **** ******** *** when the phone was paid for they didnt drop the monthly bill accordingly. It was always '' we'll have someone call you''. Unfortunately I let this go on for too long. **** ****** **** I paid all monies owed, in full, and switched providers. For the past two months I keep getting calls from them, and when I answer the call they won't reply, silence.       After renewing my contract for 2 year my service has become almost non existent. I had zero reception in my whole neighbourhood and reception around town was spotty at best. I called several times to ask them to rectify the situation to no avail. The common response was we will submit a "technical inquiry" and a representative will call you within a weeks time. Never got a call, or maybe they tried but the reception was so bad they could never get a hold of me. In the end I paid months for a service I didn't receive despite their "service area" map showing I should have had the top reception with lte.

      They keep charging me for a data addon every month I don't want or use. Then they tell me I will be refunded on next month's bill. It's going on month 4 now. *********** **** **** ****** ***** **** ** I wish I could get out of my contract early.

      Absolutely ridiculous client care personnel nothing but ********* lack of knowledge lack of training just lacking in all departments I have had multiple supervisors hang up on me they've tried to ***** a $100 from a previous account *** **** ** *************** ** *********** My next step is Better Business Bureau. *********** ** ******** *** ********* *** **** ** ******* ***** **** ********* ********* **** ****** ********* ***** ****** ******** *** * **** ***** ***** * ***** ***** ** ***** ***  this is Ridiculous how a company can get away with this thank you governments.....

      This Is the WORST cell phone service money can buy. In the first month of service with them I have spent more than five hours on the phone correcting mistakes they make. They assigned the wrong phone numbers; then they assigned the wrong plans to the phone numbers and put my phone and data plan on my child's account and are telling me they can't fix it. I can't make a long distance call either because they have some policy about no long distance calls for the first year!?!? They are billing me for an extra plan I did not consent to, and I've waited over a month for a senior manager to call me to address these problems. ********************************************************

      I have been a loyal customer of Virgin Mobility for over 11 years. I recently have had problems with the cell phones I have purchased from them. I purchased a new phone at the end of January, the phone has been constantly dropping calls, I have dealt with numerous "customer service reps'' and every time I have been told that it's the cell towers, it's the location of our house, or to get a new sim card. I've been told to enter a number in my phone and once I did I I was taken to **** MTS who asked me which international phone call would I like to make??? I've changed the sim card and it didn't help at all. Finally I was told to either take it to the kiosk or mail it myself to the repair shop. April 22 I took it into the kiosk, with no visible damage as shown on the repair request. Not aware of the future I didn't take notes on the calls that have been made, since my experience has escalated to a very bad place. One week later maybe two I called to find out what was happening with my phone. Again going through a few reps ( I just don't think they are trained at their jobs AT ALL ) who I had to fill in on why my phone was sent to be repaired and that I didn't mail it myself. After repeating myself and being put on hold ( which was done with numerous reps) I was told that my phone was LOST?!?! I was transferred to a "supervisor" and had to repeat myself again from the beginning why my phone was sent in to the repair shop. He really didn't do or say anything to help, he said that this was something that he hasn't dealt with before and it was strange. This call took place on a Friday and he said he would call me back on Monday which he didn't. I also received an empty box in the mail ( this is weeks after I dropped of the phone at the kiosk) I called virgin to find out why they sent it to me and was told that it was for me to put my phone in to mail to the repair shop?!?!? There isn't enough space for me to finish *******************************
