      No customer service at all! No app, no call center? No quick way to talk to ANYONE about your account, without seeing someone in person. No store near me, so I guess I’m out of luck. Can’t find my account number without talking to someone, but there’s NO ONE TO TALK TO! Service is HORRIBLE, can’t even get texts in. Trying to close my account, ha! Equally as impossible!!!!!! **** *******

      I believe this company *** ****** ********* **** ** ******* *** they're letting its services go, in attempt to force current ChatR customers to switch to ******. Two months now, I, *** **** ****** ********** ** ****** ******* who are on pay-as-you-go plans have not been able to "top-up" our talk and text minutes online. ** ****** ** **** **** ******* ******** **** **** *** ****** ******* ******** - it was a LENGHTY wait, and legal process to get my money back.) FIRST *** Flag was last month when I didn't get my monthly "top-up reminder", so I had no idea that I had run out of minutes, until I tried to make a work call. When I went online to log-in and top-up, then came *** Flag #2. Everytime I tried to log-in, I was told it's the incorrect username and password. Apparently ****** not only suddenly "forgot" the password I had been using for that site for 18 months, but ****** also suddenly remembers every single website's password EXCEPT ChatR. Never-the-less, I hit "forgot password", and the emailed "password reset link", when clicked, produced a "Service Interruption" message, that still wasn't restored after 72 hours. I then texted "6-1-1", and was able to top-up via text, as my credit card info was stored in their system. This month is a repeat of last month: (no top-up reminder; incorrect username/password when trying to log-in & top-up online; reset password link says "Service Interruption" - still after 2 days). Only THIS month trying to "top-up" via 6-1-1 text, didn't work because suddenly I need to enter my "top-up card number" to do so. I do not have, nor have I EVER had, a top-up card. I top-up via credit card. So, going back online in search of a way to contact their customer service (which is non-existent btw) I clicked on "top-up" as a "Guest", and was able to "top-up" that way. I believe next month even that option will be gone - to increase difficulty, as I stated, they seem to be letting things go. In which case, they need to just say so.

      No support. I cant activate the sim card on the website, i ha errors, and no way to send a message, call or chat with someone. I paid 12$ for a sim card i cant use.

      Still waiting to port my number in - that has taken over 2 days. Failed port that was done in store and was told to directly call Chatr customer service - been on hold for over 2 hours and then was hung up on on Day 2. Trying to contact them again on Day 3 - waiting over an hour now with no customer service help. At this point, I'm just requesting to cancel the account all together - if it's this frustrating to just port a number in - I do not need to support a company that has no respect or value for their customer's time. The biggest mistake made was signing up with them. I just want a refund for unusable services. If you want to retain customers - get better customer service support. *** ***** ******** ******* ********** *****

      This * company ** ******* **** **** * ***** *** ************* there is NO customer service - they waste your time for hours sitting oin hold when no one intends to answer the phone. ** ***** phone suddenly had no data *** ** **** ******* ***** ******* ** ******* ** **** *** *** cell phone data is an absolute must. spent hours waiting for a service rep and had to listen to the most appalling ******* ****** *** 'music' while listening to some ***** digital **** saying the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over to infinity. **** * ** ******** ************ ** ********** **** *** **** *** *** ** *** *** **** ** **** ** ********* ** **** *** I am still waiting on hold after an hour ** ********* ** ****** ********

      Spoke to about 6 customer service representatives who cannot help with payment for the cell phone for my mother in law using a credit card for automatic monthly payments. They just keep transferring me to another customer service representative who takes my information and is not able to process my card despite me giving them all the information over and over again. They keep saying to contact my bank which I did and the bank says there is nothing wrong with my credit card. Also other merchants that I use the card for automatic payments do not have this problem. I am considering switching to another provider.

      ***************************************************************** This company is horrible and ******* should be ashamed to own it. ******* should also do an internal investigation although I'm sure they are aware of their horrendous business practices and have done ...***************. I bought a phone/ plan combo. I won't get into the problems with the plan. This is about the lemon phone they won't replace. I have been with Chatr for almost a month . A month of **** this doesn't even include the blackout. This phone Isa lower end brand which Ihave had this brand before and had no problems This phone overheats to the point of being dangerous. It freezes up . The newest thing it won't open . It turn words into complete gibberish , I was told that is the word correct , um ok. I have been sending daily emails to no recourse for replacement. ****************** They now want proof of purchase which quite frankly gas been established. Also to contact manufacturer , why it's not a 1 or 2 or more year old phone it was a lemon out of the box . I have been patient long enough. Time for some action.
