    I have been with them for at least four years and until this year I have had no problems. I have done the surveys and received my prize. i.e. $15 for ******. It's usually what I request once I have a sufficient number of points. Since my April 4th request, I can't get the money and I have sent numerous requests. I only received a reply once, recently, and the person seemed to think the $15 at ****** I received April 15 was from their company. It was ***** Corporation for which I always get my prize within less than two weeks. I don't know what else to do except report the problem to someone else in the hope that I may receive the prize. I have continued to receive surveys and I have done them. I receive points again, but unless I get this resolved, I may have to resign.
