"It’s extremely difficult to cancel your subscription with SiriusXM. Their sales team is extremely ********** at trying to keep your subscription to continue by offering discounts when you just want to cancel their services and the only way to cancel their services is to either call them or do chat chat online which takes about 30 minutes or so."

Despite numerous requests to cancel everything the rep continued to offer me alternatives all of which were indicated to be "compensation for loyalty" and sold in a way that was trying to trick me into agreeing to the terms by thinking they were not contracts or commitments - but all would have required me to pay them more money and to call again to have those commitments cancelled." ... "Can only cancel service through the 1-800 number where they push to keep service open and discounts available. Once it is finally canceled, they will continue to call to offer discounted service again, even after you tell the customer service not to call and not interested." ... Read full review
