    Try to port my phone number from PhoneBox to other provider. But PhoneBox sets a barrier, not providing customer account number for porting phone number. I called PhoneBox, their staff answered their retention dept. will call back. When Retention dept. called back, they said it takes more then one day to release my account number. Customer account number shall come with monthly bill. ***** *** ** **** ******** **** *****

    Been trying to activate my SIM for over 2 weeks now and now they're saying 3 weeks. I've never experienced this issue with any other company and I'm just confused now.
    First I get an email saying it'll take 1-2 days. Then it's a week. They keep replying to me with the same messages and asking me for my SIM (even though I've been emailing them on the same email chain and they just had to scroll down to see). Then they started to tell me I should keep using my old SIM. Well my old SIM didn't have signal anymore, and quite frankly I don't know what I had done with it. Finally they're saying 3 weeks and I just don't know what to do now.

    Worst mobile service. They tried their best to find excuses and rejected to help customer to get the account number from ****** to port out. Customer service made fake evidence to let the port out process stop and pending.
    Hard to call the mobile service. Never call back when leaving the phone number. Customer service will cut the phone call if they can't answer the questions.
