    My experience with MedPro was ********** distressing and frustrating. I felt pressured *** ********** which is far from an ideal customer interaction. Hopefully, others can understand how such high-pressure *** ************* tactics could cause confusion *** ********. MedPro's approach, using intimidation and exploiting concerns for my family's well-being if I died from refusing their product and service, is unethical and deeply concerning. ********** ******* **** ******* ** *** * ******* ** ******* ** ********* **** ** *** **** ********** *** *** **** ** *********** ************* Their redirection of my concerns regarding a refund to my Extended Health Care benefits Plan seems misleading, primarily when I was not provided with a clear explanation or choice. They might have used the confusion to manoeuvre me into signing a document without complete comprehension. My experience highlights the importance of transparent, ethical, and respectful customer interactions. Businesses should prioritise informing and assisting customers rather than pressuring ** ************ them into decisions that might not be in their best interest.
