      Team was very helpful with my employment issue; had a problem terminating an employee and not only did they advise on the matter, they are also helping us with the claim. never used the service outside of business hours but nice to know it's 24 hours.

      We first learned about Peninsula from two other businesses, both praising their services for helping them streamline documentation and ensure they were following all the proper policies. I had no idea just how much time and effort would be involved in making sure I had the right contracts and documentation in place.       Our initial contact with Peninsula was to get advice on a situation that we were trying to navigate with an internal employee at the time. The consultant we spoke to was very helpful and steered through all our questions and doubts very professionally and patiently. We reconnected with Peninsula when we were going through an expansion and put their expertise to use. We made use of their documentation and use the software on day to day basis making our HR stuff much easier to handle. My team is comfortable calling Peninsula up even with small issues and the people over there are always accommodating and supportive. Thanks to them, me and my team are confident with our procedure.

      ***** ********* ***** *** ****** **** * ******** ***** ********* **** **** * **** **** ***** ******* ****** I got talked into signing a contract, CONTRACT shoulda been my 1st red flag. I thot I needed it at the time but 1 month after signing I lost my employee/contractor and have no need for their services any more. All they supplied me with was some generic contract that I needed to amend anyway but never even used it. I have talked to several ppl now and just get the run around. They said I could do a buy out for thousands of dollars when I have already paid thousands for nothing. I was told I would get an update in a few days and that's been a month ago now. I have reached out several times and am being ghosted. They just delay delay delay so payments just keep coming out. * ****** **** * ***** ***** * ****** *** ******* **** ***** ***** These large companies could care less. **** **** **** ** *** I get left in the dust. * ** ****** ********* ** ** ** $300 out of my acct every month really stings. ***** **** **** *** **** ***** *** ** *** ***** *** ***** * *********

      I’m really struggling with the fact that all my review is true. Now peninsula wants me to take it down because * **** **** * ***** ***** ** **** they finally closed my acct. why should the truth not stay out there ** **** ****** ** ***** ********* *****.       ***** ***** **** ***** They don't sell HR services as much as they sell a non sense contract that is impossible to get out of. My Contract auto renewed during the 6 months notice i gave them to cancel it.       I have been a Peninsula customer for almost 4 years now. It began with a simple issue that we had in the business with an employee, which slowly became more and more difficult for us to manage and began to escalate. I called Peninsula to initially get some advice on our current situation and they sent a consultant to our business who guided us through the full process of how to handle that specific issue. Their consultant talked us through what they could offer us long term to ensure that a situation like this wouldn't happen again. The price wasn't restrictive and was significantly less than the risk we could have taken. I've already recommended Peninsula to many of my peers and will continue to do so.

      Not really interested in their services but after an initial consultation online, I have been hounded by countless phone calls pressuring me to sign up. Last time they called from a different number and claimed to be Wab Kinew, the newly elected indigenous PM of Manitoba. I'm not sure why this would be an effective way to get be to sign up *** ***** ***  *** **** ***** * *** ***** ** ** **** **** **** ** **** ****** ****** ***** **** **** * ** ********** *** ** ******** ** ********** ** ***** Anyhow, one has few options AFTER the initial consultation to avoid these annoying calls, ** **** ******** * *** ** **** *** ****** *** **** ** ** *** ***** ******* **** **********

      Be aware! Scared tactics were used and I was not fully informed about what I was signing on to when I was in a vulnerable mind set. The team offered ill advice and contradicts my accountant's advice. They are constantly up selling everything. I am literally paying for a zero value service. This company does not allow for termination of the agreement without heavy fees (thousands of dollars!)

      We had reached out to ***** and discussed the complaint. The advice that the client has referred to was correct advice and the best recommended option based on their business operations. The client later stated that they were looking to sell the business within the upcoming year, but would be happy to work with us till this time. Upon this indication, we connected the client with our Client Success Team who would be able to work with the client and see how we could assist her needs. Our team has tried to reach out to the client multiple times via calls and email, however the client has not responded to any of them. The client did use the service multiple times, they completed their consultation meeting and received full customized documentation for the business needs and have received over 18+ documents of ours and has used the advice line. The client can still reach us at *****************@************.com if they would like to continue this conversation with our department. If she closes her business like she mentioned above, we would be more than happy to work with her to met her business needs.
