    The product itself is truly exceptional when it functions as intended. However, regrettably, the service frequently experiences partial or complete outages. Presently, the service has been non-operational for a duration of three weeks. Initially, upon the onset of this recent disruption, I chose to exercise patience and wait for its resolution. Even after a week had passed, I continued to endure the inconvenience. Despite their company's repeated assurances of a swift service restoration, I reached a point where I began to doubt their ability to provide a concrete timeline.
    There had been mention of potential reimbursement, which prompted us to complete a form. While this was an acceptable course of action, as long as no charges were incurred, I was nevertheless billed for a service I am currently not receiving. This unfortunate circumstance has compelled me to share my feedback here. ******** *********** *** seeking answers to the question: Where is our service? It is disheartening to observe the complete lack of communication and disregard towards their customers. The absence of transparency regarding the ongoing situation serves as the primary motivation behind my decision to leave this review. Monetary concerns hold little significance compared to my disappointment with their communication practices and my overall customer experience. Although I firmly believe their app's technological prowess is unparalleled, the company could truly flourish if they were to enhance their communication channels, and uphold professional standards in their customer service interactions.
