    The first thing that I can tell you about this company is ** *** **** ******** *** ****** ** ** *** ** **** ** *** *** **** **** ******** They are all about sales.. The will tell you There is basically no one to talk to regarding your bill. As soon as I upgraded to their partners booking keeping and tax preparation service, I never heard back from my contact, which is strictly a salesman. The service was horrible. They would ask me to categorize my debts weekly, even after I told them all the charges for these 3 companies was cost of service. I realize now that it was a complete revolving door and my bookkeeping contact would change weekly. I was told they were my team. The team that would not pass along an information to other team members. Then, I received an email on 12/27/24 that ******** was closing and to obtain a local accountant to prepare my taxes. Ok, I was left in limbo. Now, Freshbooks want me to pay for a full year of their service. I just want to go month to month. Well, I cannot access all of my invoices for the past almost 2 years unless I pay the full amount for the yearly subscription. Well, I already paid for the service, but they suspend your account and lock it, All I want is every invoice I produced and paid for over the past, holdings my information ******* unless I pay. Suggestion to Freshbooks- allow previous users to access their information and lock the account from further use. *** * *** *** ** *** **** ** **** ** *** **** I called several times to resolve this issue. It isn't work the time or effort. ** *** **** ** *** *** * ******* **** *** ** *** *** **** *** ***** **** ****** ********** **** *** ******** ********** **** ** *** ***** *** **** ******** You will need to get the lifetime membership if you need to access to your information. **** ** * ******** *** ********

    A moving company billed me with their service now I have a login. I tried to contact them to remove my account/login from their site as I do not want my email and password on their anymore. They just simply said they can't/won't. Horrible customer service and taking someone's login ******* ***** ** ****** ** ********

    I was relatively happy with the app and used it for tracking expenses and occasional invoices. But after trying for over a month to get their customer support to fix an invoicing mistake, I am now considering moving to a different provider. Every time you email support, the reps just bounce you back and forth, they said the sales team would contact me, they never did. I had to follow up, and folllow up, and follow up, and just wait. No, this is not how you handle such a simple problem. And at the end, they said the price was correct, and I showed them the email from the account manager saying it was not. Not worth my time anymore, going to stop using them and look for alternatives. Can't imagine having a bigger problem and trying to get them to help. My two cents - if you're thinking of migrating, keep a backup somewhere else, and test out the customer support first before you decide.

    I linked my bank account and provided the information they needed to start accepting cc/debit payments and was good to go. I know typically it takes 1-3 business days to receive them. I got a email stating my deposit is scheduled. A day later I got a email stating they need all this paperwork before they can deposit. This should have been disclosed initially. Some people have waited up to 120 days. Unacceptable!!! 1000 dollars might not be much to some but for a small business it’s a lot. ***** ******* *** ********** ********
