    I give one star because the only decent thing they did was remove the interest from my debt. I wasn't ******** by them at all & had every intention of clearing my debt with them but at my convenience. They are very difficult to reach by phone but if you do happen to get to speak to a customer representative they are extremely **** & ********. I have been dealing with James P the easiest way to communicate was through email & I was waiting on a response because I was inquiring about paying my debt in 2 payments. Never bothered to reply to my email but he did call me today & was extremely ****. He had implied that I don't pay my bills & was tired of babysitting me lol I was so appalled by the brief conversation that I had with James P I just decided to pay my debt in full so if that was a tactic to get people to pay up it worked on me *** * **** **** **** ************** ** ** **** & ******** but either way they got their money from me & I do have to say I'm happy to be done with @Suite Exel Collections *** * ******* *** *** *** ***** ****** ** ** *** *** **** *** **** * ************ ******* * ****** ***** ***** *** *** ****** ***** *** ***** ***** **** *** ****** **** *** **** ******* *** **** *** **** ****** ** ********
