    *** ****** *********** ****** ** ******** * **** ** ******* ** ******** ****** ******* **** **** ***** ******** ****** We purchased a brand new home from Saaze in the ****** **** *** ******** area. The first thing we found when we were landscaping our backyard is that Saaze buried building materials (garbage) and perimeter fencing in the backyard. Secondly, after a few months of living in the home, we noticed some deflection (bowing) in the flooring on the first and second floors. The deflection is so significant that we hired a **** ***** engineering firm to come in and assess the amount of deflection present and also, what the root cause was. Considering we can roll a golf ball from our kitchen to our living room, we new it was significant. The engineering firm confirmed that the amount of deflection exceeds the limit allowable under the building code. We went to Saaze with this information and our Saaze warranty in hand and, I’m sure you can guess how Saaze Building Group dealt with the issue. Their warranty is meaningless *** **** *** * ***** ** ********* **** *********** **** ********* ****** **** *** and the only recourse we have at this point is to sue them. * **** *** ****** ******* *** not going to let them off the hook. *** ****** **** ** **** **** ******* ** ** ***** ** **** **** *** ** *** ******* *** ********** ** ***** ** *** **** ****** ***** ****** *** *********
