    I am rejecting this response because:

    I never at any time rejected the offer made by Northern Windows to reduce the price by $2000.   I was extremely shocked when it was expected after they had sent me an offer in writing reducing the price.

    Again as repeated, this invoice is paid in full according to the offer made.

    Brenda ****** wants us to rectify her issue by having the windows installed incorrectly.  After several attempts through email, my employee tried to explain to her that we couldn’t install her windows into the outside of her wall.  You cannot do that for there is nothing for the window to be attached to, I even went down to Nipigon myself to explain this and to collect payment as it had been over a month of her not paying her bill and refusing to pay.

    Our payment terms are due upon completion and Brenda ****** was fully aware of this.  We did what we were hired to do, then had to chase her for payment.  Unfortunately, I had to get my lawyer involved to collect the remainder of the bill as she still owes 2000.00.  By coming to you *** ** ****** ** * *** **** *** asking for a refund or no contact, just to not pay her bill in full.  This makes no sense to me* **** ** *** **** *** ****** ******** ****** ** **** ** * ****** 

    Northern Windows did nothing wrong.  *** *** **** ******* ***** ***** ** ******* ** ******* *** * ** ***** ** *** *** *** ** ** *** ***** *****  I spent time with her and explained to her that the windows were properly installed.  She even had a local contractor come out and look at the windows and installation.  He told her that pulling the windows out and installing them not in the actual 2x4 opening would void her warranty.  I explained to her that the contractor is correct, as you have to install the windows into the existing 2x4 wall to have them screwed and foamed.

    Rod, our salesperson did offer her 2000.00 off but not because the windows were installed improperly, just to try and get the bill paid and Rod was spoken to about this as that is not the way to handle the situation.  Brenda ****** never took him up on the offer, when she handed me the cheque she said she made a mistake.  I told her that I specifically sent her an email with the invoice and amount that

    I was coming to collect.  It was game after game to get her to pay at least some of her bill.

    In my 20 some years of working at Northern Windows I have never had an issue like this. It was extremely disappointing that I had to get my lawyer involved and not something we like to do.  Even if someone is struggling, Northern has always figured out a solution.  *** *** ***** ** **** * ***** ***** ******* ******* * *** ****. ** ** ******** *** **** ***** ***** ***** *** ***** **** ** *** ****** ** ******** *** ***** ******* **** ****** **** *** * **** **** ** *** *** ** *** ***** ****.  She wouldn’t even give us her new number.

    She was aware when she put down her deposit how it works for us to go out of town to install. That it takes time for us to gather the work for us to install in another town to keep costs down for our customers. 

    When she didn’t pay her bill when the offer was made. Over a month. 

    She refused the offer. So yes the balance when back to the the original amount. After waiting and waiting for her to pay. In my email I sent to her I specifically wrote the amount to be collected. 

     

    Brenda ****** owes the balance of 2000 on her invoice.
