    ** ****** *** ******** ** ** **** *** I am really impressed by them. Believe me, I have dealt with many florists in Toronto and these guys are way better and more trustworthy. 416 Flowers were kind and the service in terms of the delivery timing and quality of the flowers was near perfect.

    ********* Terrible service paid over $200 for a flower arrangement that doesn’t even remotely resemble what we received. Not even the same colour or flower and they couldn’t even put it in the same height vase. Picture showed tall vase and we received a 6” square vase. Contacted customer service and they just excuse their lack of quality and service. Stating substitutions can be made. Well this was substituted to the point that it didn’t even look like what I ordered!!!! Will NEVER order from here again!!!

    ***** *** **** *********** I ordered beautiful flowers from their ad to be delivered 1/23/23. I had to call 5 times, same response every time, we will send you the confirmation and we will call u back. Never heard from anyone. 2/01/23 they delivered the cheapest vase and some ugly flowers thrown in, not even arranged. How disappointing. Will never use them again. * ****** ** **** *********** *
