These guys have NO idea what they are doing! We hired them to put in several windows and doors (9 windows and 4 doors) we gave them the go ahead in May of 2023. Several windows and one door were ordered wrong and came in but werent even close to being the right size! We chased him all winter to get the proper sized windows and door. Most times calling him and leaving messages and no calls back! Finally in April of 2024 they showed up to finish the job. The bottom seals drag so hard you can hardly get the doors open. We have put up with that since they were installed and now it has the seals torn on the bottom of the doors. He promised to come back and repair they but havent heard from him since. They caulked around the windows and doors but looks like it was done with a shovel! Sloppy workmanship, wont return calls and no professionalism at all just makes the whole experience a nightmare!! Now they send me a bill for the balance with several simple math mistakes!! Beware!!! Wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE!!

Be weary of a Jack of all trades, for they are a master of none! Hired this company to do my eavestrough last fall plus gutter guard. If the eavestrough was on a strait section it was good, but 2 sections out of 4 leaked when “done” But I have a covered front porch with multiple 90 corners which their crew couldn’t figure out how to install properly when using the pre fabricated corners. As a result they couldn’t stop them from leaking and just poured a godly and ugly amount of caulking to to “fix’ (they are still leaking) Crew tried to move location of down spouts without consulting me first on one section, then when I asked them to return them to normal, I had to insist on new sections of trough, because they just wanted to patch already cut holes. When Owner told me they were finished and ready for payment, I put my own ladders up to inspect, only to find the gutter guard terribly installed. In some spots it was not continuous, 18-20”gap. At the corners they left 4” or more gaps didn’t meet because of my steel roof edge they couldn’t figure out how to modify gutter guard to accommodate. Other sections of guard wasn’t secured properly 4-5 screw for a 6’ section. Some sections of guard caved in, looks like they put their ladder on it. When I brought this to owners attention they came out and did a patch work fix. And ended up causing damage to the new eavestrough with their ladders. Ie. scratches, scuffs, creased it. But never fixed dented in gutter guard. When I inspected second time I was done, as well in the 4 weeks this dragged out. 2 of the down spouts they installed detached from the house in minor storms, which I ended up fixing myself. I refused to pay last payment until it was done right. I wanted to whole front porch taken down and done right. I was told by owner that he would get his best trough guy to come out with him and they would personally redo it in the spring, He would give me a call. As of this date, No call has been received.
