    Unfortunately after years of drinking Tim Hortons I had a terrible experience due to lid of large coffee not attached what so ever therefore my first sip the entire coffee spilled in the car while in motion as I’m on passanger sit causing severe burns on leg and inner leg staining all my clothes. Unacceptable and painful to say the least. Pictures available

    I went to the Tim Hortons in Stratford on Erie Street, the drive through is also slow, waited up to 20 to 30 minutes to place an order which they got wrong, decided to pull into a parking space so people in the car could use the restroom, it was filthy and disqusting, dried feces on the floor, toilet paper on the floor, you can tell the restroom hadn't been checked in awhile..went to talk to the manager about it her response was we'll get to it when we have time..I took pictures of the bathroom and behind the cash registers where they prepare food that floor hadn't been even swept for some time...
