    Due to the stores being franchised, they refused to take back each other's returns (this includes non-special order, unopened product). Their return policy states otherwise.. their staff couldn't care less and openly go against policy.

    They print their flyers 6 months in advance. When you want to purchase a product out of their flyer, they do not have it in stock anywhere in the country. **** ***** ********* ** ***** ******

    I yous should not be able to sell gas powered equipment like lawn mowers or any gas operated machines . I bought lawnmower started smoking should have replaced it only had four cuts with it.had to go to way out of town to get fixed ****** ** ***** I will never buy gas machinery there again.

    I'm surprised about all the bad comments! But then one only hears about the bad service. So I think I should put in a few good comments about our local home hardware store in Sackville, NS. They accidently damaged our stairs delivering an appliance. However they totally repaired the damage.So now we have new stairs! What more could you ask for? Pleased with stairs, Sackville NS.

    Cochrane Home Building Centre has got to have the worst employees I have ever encountered. They are ****, dismissive and clearly lack leadership. I have tried multiple times to give them another chance. Never again!
