Needed a fence built in my backyard because my previous fence was falling apart. They came and built a semi private fence for me and I have zero complaints. Wonderful job and great cleanup effort.

TMZ Restoration did a fantastic job! We highly recommended them! We had hired them to remove the dining room ceiling and replace it due to water damage and painting in other areas of the center. They were very professional and knowledgeable and kept us up to speed through the whole process.

I had minor flood damage (1 inch) during ice storm in April. A friend hired these guys to do an emergency clean up to prevent mold as I was in ******* at the time. These guy tore out all my flooring and cut the drywall back 2 feet. They left a mess on upstairs flooring, garage and debris left in my garage. A week later I came home and fired them. Then I found more water damage as they left my furnace pump unplugged. They sent me a bill/estimate for $13,552.00 (for emergency repairs and a quote for another $38666.87 for the restoration (total $52,189.02). Another contractor hired by the insurance company estimated $8500.00 for emergency repairs and $ ********* total $34,863.00 for restoration. $18000.00 difference? I decided to check my security motion activated cameras and found that 2 men were here a total 23 hours between April 7> 13. $13,552 .00 / 46 hours = $294.60 hour per man. I informed them that I suspected insurance fraud and offered them $4600 ( $100 hr that I charge as a master electrician and contractor. ) I have kept a copy of the surveillence videos for possible court action. Then my new contractor charged me over $2000 to repair damages and mold left by them.

This is a classic case of someone not paying there bill. The program we use is the same program used by all the larger restoration companies. We dont work by the hour all work os completed on a square foot bases TMZ Restoration followed all procedures as would any other restoration company The fact of the matter is the client was grossly underinsured and feels its better to s**** the small guy in order to have enough money to restore his basement ** far as insurance fraud ,the only person who has committed this act is this client as he received all the money and hasnt paid his bill ** he mentioned hes a Master Electrician So why would he disconnect his Generac system? Isnt this so if the power goes out it kicks on to avoid any further damage. ** mentioned a classic cause of someone receiving a service and just not paying there bills. Then put a review up like this when at the end of the day it all falls on his lap for disconnecting his Generac system. But remember **** is a Master Electrician ** well as a Master B.Ser that doesnt pay his bills
