    Hired to do rebuild a raised deck. Started promising, ended miserable. Simple project confidently promised to be done "well before June" barely dragged over finish line in Oct.Pros:* reasonably priced * would listen and try to accomplish (to certain success) what is asked for Cons:* unreliable and not trustworthy; won't hit a *single* date promised * horrible comms; when run out of all sorts of excuses for not showing up would just ignore calls/txts for days * but not shy to requests a 50% upfront payment to start! Would even be fine if not the above ^^* "20 years in business" yet incapable building up to code (!!!)* Would not remember what promised when "signing you up". Try to double bill or/and come with bogus extra bills at the end (out of nowhere).Not to mention you're on your own fixing deficiencies for the build inspection.Otherwise is a good contractor, just not to my standard.

    ******,You hired us to rebuild an as built deck and because YOU are cheap YOU did not want to get a permit and drawings. The building department placed a stop work order on your site, that is what caused the delays. I should have walked away right then and there but Im a man of my word so we tried to juggle our already booked schedule to accommodate you. While on your job you had us perform all kinds of extras that were not part of the original scope of work. I informed you these items were extra. We completed the job and endured your constant nit picking yet now you choose to not pay. Your balance is sitting at just over $18K, I have retained a lawyer, I suggest that you do the same. My employees are willing to testify,. This is going to cost you far more than if you had settled your invoice as I wont settle until you cover my legal fees as well as interest. Karma will get you for the lies and trying to defame my business which is my livelihood. You are a POS.
