    Dealing with Pro-Leak Solutions has been a positive and exceptional experience from the phone calls right up to their coming at my house to fix the water leak problem. Jody diagnosed the problem right away from the photos I sent him and explained precisely how the problem could be fixed. Price quoted was very reasonable. He came **** *** *** ******* all the way from Schomberg to Brampton on a very hot June day. He inspected the unsealed tie rod on the basement wall and found 3 other unsealed tie rods to be repaired. The procedure was again explained, ****** *** *** quickly prepared the injectable solution and proceeded to seal all 4 tie rod openings, Work was done fast and neatly done. Jody and *** *** were both polite and make a formidable and experienced team. An exceptionally positive experience !

    Thank you for the great review ******, it’s very kind of you. Although I would like to take credit for the repair, the diagnosis from looking at pictures was the easy part. William deserves all the credit as he performed the actual work and completed a solid repair. I must say it’s very rewarding to be able to sit back and watch my son take over as the third generation of a family run business. What he’s learned over the years skill wise, as well as quality of work, customer relations and pride in the end result will serve him well with all future clients.
