      Customers beware! My experience was very poor and like they didn't care. They had on clue what was wrong. So they said we need more time and money. Maybe it's time for a different line of work! Thanks,

      Sorry you are not happy.
      As you will recall, you explicitly explained to us that you did not want to spend much money on repairs.
      The minimum estimate charge that you were invoiced was for 1/2 hour of diagnostics which was done and it was determined that there was one of several options of internal engine component failure. At which time we contacted you and advised that a engine tear down was required and that the labour and parts cost of repair may exceed the value of the equipment and most certainly would exceed what you were willing to invest on repairs. If you wish, we are willing to do the engine tear down to determine the exact cause of the problem with your machine, however the labour required would be at your expense even if the final repair is not done.
      It is because we care about the you having a positive experience that we try to limit unnecessary costs to you.
