    Will never use them again! Very disappointed with my dealings with A1 Appliance, Ridgeway. We wanted to support a local business but won’t use them again. Had a service technician in my home for about 10 minutes that didn’t do any testing, just a look. Quoted me a very high quote to fix my fridge based on a repair he had done a month ago on a fridge like ours ($1,000.00 to $1,200.00). We were charged $90.40 for the bad news and left to think about it with a reference # if we decided to proceed. I decided to take it to ***** ********** in St. Catharines and they fixed it for us for $405.00. Called A1 back to let them know. I was looking for some kind of explanation and thought they may possibly apologize and offer at the least to refund the service charge for being wrong. Silly of us to think they would do the correct thing. I was told they have to pay their workers to be on the road. They’re not A1 in our eyes.
