    * ** ********* *********** ***** **** ****** ******* **** *** ****** ** ****** I played the course May 15th, 2023 and I had a very unpleasant experience with their staff. They accidently charged me an additional greens fee before the round, so when I noticed the mistake, I went back to the pro shop to get refunded. To clarify, they charged the price of four people to play instead of three. However, the club refused to give me a refund and only offered me credit- even though the mistake was on their end. I have worked in retail and at golf courses before, so I know giving a refund is a simple reversal on a debit machine. They certainly could have done it. I felt taken advantage of and I fear they may do this to other customers. I don't live in Richmond Hill so a rain check does not help me at all since I won't be playing the course again. Very disappointing a business would do this to a customer.
