    I called Green Approved late on a Friday night when my old tankless water heater suddenly stopped working. They had a replacement ordered and installed the next day - on the weekend. And I had hot water!

    John and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They answered my call first time, sent a technician over extremely quickly (and in the evening), and resolved my issue the next morning. If you’re looking for a company you can trust and count on, contact Green Approved Solutions. They’re extremely friendly, professional, efficient, and most importantly - affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have heating or cooling equipment repaired or replaced. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

    Really disappointed with the way I was treated by Green Approved Solutions. I email Mr. John Acklin last Saturday, July 22, 2023. He said we will send a technician and emailed him again 3 times after that. He never answered my emails that me and my wife is very concern about what will happen with our New Furnace that they just installed last April 19, 2023, because it's running non stop already since Friday. Inside our house is 28 degrees and we are worried because my wife and I is over 70 years old already. Added to the insult the technician who came last Saturday afternoon said it has nothing to do with the Furnace, its the air con and without any diagnostic done he said it needs at least 2 pounds of gas and the hard ice accumulated inside the vents and air con equipment outside our house has to be melted first. Then the name Anton called my wife early Sunday advising her that we need a new air con. I email Mr. Acklin again that if we decided to buy a new air con, I will make sure its not from them. He emailed me back and said then if you don't need our services, I just had to cancel our technician not to come on Monday. I emailed their technician name Ilham last Sunday, he said his spending time with his family and will contact me Monday. He never did and I decided to call another company and found out that the problem is not in the air con, it's in the furnace filter that needed to be change at least every 2 months, it's so dirty. ****** *** ***** ******** ********* ****** *** *** **** ***** ******* ** **** ************* *** **** ************* My problem now is the new furnace they installed last April has a 10 warranty of parts and labor. I dont want their services anymore and I was thinking to complaint **** *** ***** ******** *** ***************** ******** ** ** *** ** ***** Indeed this people after you make business with them doesnt care anymore with their customers. ****** **** *** **** *************** *** *******
