  Fri. Sept. 30, 2022 I ordered two medium pizzas from Godfathers Pizza in Port Rowan. It takes me 20 minutes to drive there. I overheard the man tell the woman “I gave that order away”. The woman said to me “There has been a mistake, we will make your two pizzas now. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes.”
  I waited in the car. After 12 minutes the woman went to the far side of the pizza ovens and took down two pizzas and was looking at me. I went in and she gave me two pizzas and my pop. She said “we found your pizzas – sorry”. She then immediately went to the phone. I looked at the pizzas and it was difficult to determine if they were the correct toppings due to all the cheese on top. I was mainly checking to see if one was a thin crust as that is what I ordered. One did seem to be a thinner crust so I closed the boxes and left.
  My wife noticed these were not what we ordered and phoned back to tell them I was bringing the incorrect pizzas back. Upon my arrival they had the correct pizzas on the counter. I put the incorrect pizzas on the counter and the man said “We can’t take those pizzas back.” I said “They are not the pizzas I ordered.” He repeated “We can’t take them back.” I said “I don’t care what you do with them. They are not what I ordered.” He then tried to blame me by saying “You confirmed those pizzas with us when you took them.” I said “I did not confirm those pizzas with anyone.” He continued to accuse me of having verified the pizzas before I took them. I said I will never be back.
  Later, reflecting on events, I determined that while I was waiting in the car for my correct pizzas to be made, the employees involved, did not make them. Instead, they planned to give me the two wrong pizzas that belonged to the customer that got my pizzas in hopes that I would not complain. **** *** *****. I am a senior citizen and this was outrageous treatment. With driving time and waiting 12 minutes outside the store, I spent 1 hour and 32 minutes getting my pizzas.
