    Great space for all to work out - staff is great, the place is clean, and you have fun! I feel GREAT after every workout! They also have an app that makes it easy to book classes and track progress.

    Did my first class with the ILLB Coquitlam and man I tell you it was amazing, felt the pain as it’s been long since I worked out but Tatiana one of the trainers there was so helpful and explained everything so well. This is the Coquitlam location!!!

    ILKBP is a fantastic gym with even better staff. The atmosphere is inviting, inclusive and upbeat. The facility is clean. Best workout ever.
