  Be very careful with this company and their technicians. I had them out to look at a opener that wouldnt work on one of my two garage doors, and after 10 minutes of reprogramming the door and spraying WD40 on both of my doors I was charged $195.00. When I called about it they claimed I asked the technician to inspect and service both doors which was absolutely not true. Their reply on the phone and in reply to my ****** review was that I received a repair to one door, lubrication for both doors, and a 32 point inspection on both doors. Pretty impressive for 10 minutes on site. Id recommend steering clear of this company.

  On December 4th, **************** called and left a message on our phone system requesting service. Before I could return his call back, he showed up at our location. He was very anxious in getting this fixed. Please note that all our phone conversations are recorded for quality purposes.He Indicated that they had just purchased this home, and now they needed a service call as they are getting an error code of 4-2 on his Wall Control Button for their garage door. We were already booked for service the next day, but we managed to fit him in so we could get his door working for him. The Customer never indicated that there was more that 1 Door at that time.We managed to get his door functioning for him and Serviced and Lubricated 2 Doors. He was informed of our fees for the Service Call + the Lubrication Fee and on his Invoice it stated that the first door is at $105.00 and that additional doors are $52.50 each. **************** did sign off on the work order when the work was completed, and he also paid the invoice before he reached out to us to question the invoice.We take pride in providing top quality service to our customers .
