    Don't bring your RV here for service. We called ahead of time to find out if they could complete warranty work on our trailer and were told yes. After taking our trailer in on two occasions, totaling 13 days, the work was not completed. Our biggest issue was that the wires located under our slide out had become loose (the harness holding them up had failed) so the wires were hanging down and rubbing on the tops of the tires with each rotation. This friction was causing the sheath that protects the wires to become worn through and finally causing them to break apart. When we picked up the trailer after our second visit, we were told all work had been completed. We explained that we had a long trip coming up and just wanted to make sure it was safe to tow. We were assured that all work was complete, which was a complete lie. A third of the way on our trip, we discovered that the harness had not been fixed and wires were only holding together by a few live strands. My husband discovered this when he went to address the situation and was knocked down back by the shock he recieved from the **** *****! Totally unsafe. Yet Del Mastro has absolutely no hesitation in telling us the lie that the issue was fixed. So rather than the free warrantee work they promised, they actually cost us over $1,500 in spoiled food, required alternate accommodations, and the repair work they said they had already done, not to mention the trip interruption for a few days while the repair was made, thousands of kilometers away from home. They took our vacation and turned it into just a very unpleasant and expensive chore. Their response? "These things happen when you own an RV."They lie. They endanger you. They cheat you and call it "goodwill" that they accepted your job (which they won' didn't complete) at all.Nope, these guys are no good.Don't go to Del Mastro for service work.

    I wish I could give them a -5. We bought a new boat from them at the boat show. We were told we can come and see the boat and let them know where to install the table a week or so before we are scheduled to pick up the boat. We arrive to the shop and were told the boat is in the ******* The sales person drove us to ****** just to find out the boat is wrapped and nothing to see. We waisted about 2 hours on driving for nothing. We had to contact them several times to get the pick up date and the serial numbers for the boat, motor and trailer. Than we found out the motor was not the one we ordered and the trailer was 2023 and not 2024 as posted on purchase agreement. We finally got all that resolved and June 3 we went to get the boat. Again we went to the shop to deliver the bank draft and then told to drive to the ****** because the boat is in the water and someone will show us how to use it and the features. The salesman didn't even bother to come with us. We drove to find out that the boat is in the shop and the guy pulled it out for us to hook it up. I asked if he will be showing us and he was surprised that he needs to put the boat in the water. First, the table was not installed it was still wrapped, and after 20 minutes we had the boat hooked up and then we were told that we need straps and a ****** pin to be able to tow it safely. Something that they don't provide and should have been mentioned before.Once we got home, we called them about the boat registration and they said it will arrive via email. The next day they called to tell us that they installed the wrong boat registration numbers and we need to come back to change them. We drove back again with the boat, and asked for proof of registration. The registration was dated the same date. That's when we realized that the boat was not registered and had somebody else's registration numbers. The customer service is horrible. Errors and incorrect information and no apologies for anything.

    What an unfortunate portrayal. Our staff did mistakenly attach the wrong registration to the boat, upon realizing the mix up my salesperson contacted ************** and indicated that we would be fixing the mistake and that it was not an urgent matter. ************** arrived at the dealership roughly 45 minutes later and proceeded to intimidate and terrify our receptionist and parts advisor, when I became aware that this was going on I dealt with it sternly as no one should be frightened in their place of work. ************** then placed boat bumpers, ropes and a paddle on the counter and indicated he would be taking them free of charge for his trouble when I asked that he pay half the cost he angrily refused, ulitimately I gave them to him against my better judgement. Our dealership has been in business for 30 years and we always do our very best to support our customers, we're not perfect and sometimes mistakes are made, when that happens we work with customers to correct them. ************** is the rare example of someone looking for a fight where none was necessarry.
