  Used this company after an accident involving a deer. Vehicle was in thier possession for approximately 2 weeks. Upon repairs being completed at a reputable business, my daughter noticed rear end damage to her van. Bumper was cracked and deep gouges. Checked with body shop, my vehicle arrived there like that from impound at North Algonquin Towing. Also noticed gas had been siphoned out. Arrived home, her husband noticed the rims on van were not theirs , nor were their new tires on the van. The tires were bald. After a few attempts to speak to owner we were finally able to get him on phone. He point blank admitted to swapping our bumper, tires and rims onto 1 of thier vehicles. This is theft in my opinion. Not only did they swap the tires, they neglected to install all of the lug nuts to tires. Put her life at risk as well as her 4 children. Police were contacted. Incident filed, but because she received her parts back they did not feel the need to charge them with theft and whatever else would be applicable. I am contacting my insurance and informing them of the shady business operations in hopes that no one else is taken advantage by this business. Zero care for safety, zero remorse. Do not recommend whatsoever.

  After being quoted to replace my truck engine and given a timeline of 2 weeks on repairs, I had my truck brought there. They have had it for over a month and the manager/staff have given me the run around telling me there is shipping issues and whatever else he could think of. Finally thought it was sorted out and called after 5 weeks of sitting there to find out they haven't even ordered an engine. Instead of finding an excuse this time the manager just said he would bring my tuck back and hung up on me. Very rude office staff. They don't update their clients and wait for you to call them. The sad part is they are part of the *** network so when you need a tow in the area, these are the same people sent to pick up your ride. Good thing the drivers are nice people. Would avoid them at all costs.

  We quoted and requested a deposit And got no response . When it became an issue we towed Clients vehicle back to his property and dropped it off With no charges for diagnostics nor towing .************

Yes they quoted me 3 different times for 3 different engines. (Supply issues made them change suppliers multiple times, their words not mine)2. No deposit was ever requested. Thankfully they did not contact me for a deposit because I would have paid them and I would probably be fighting to get it back now. Even though I called them at least 6 times for updates and asked them if they needed a deposit.3. They are correct, they did not charge me for diagnostics. 4. Vehicle was towed back to my residence after I told them the police would meet me there to get it back(after 5 weeks of waiting and repeatedly calling for updates. Also they tried to charge my CAA account for the towing without my consent. *** was notified about the whole situation and removed the incident from my account. 5. The tow truck operators are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I just would not trust the Repair side of the business to work on my vehicle.
